Q - What forms of payment does Delivery Boy accept?

A - We accept check, credit card or cash. Payment and sale are at the time of
delivery. Credit card information is obtained at the time of delivery, or
by phone. Credit card information is never transmitted over the internet.

Q - What is the fee for your service?

A - Nearly all Delivery Boy fees  have been in the $10.00 range. You
pay the price of the groceries, sales tax, plus a delivery fee of $10.00 on up, depending on the price of the grocery order.

In certain cases of deliveries far outside the Spokane Metropolitan area
and outside the Spokane Valley, $3.00 is added to the delivery
fee to cover the extra cost of delivery.

Orders of $200 and over have a handling fee of 3% of the price of the
groceries in addition to the normal delivery fee.

Q - Do the prices of products change from time to time?

A - Yes. Price reductions at Rosauers Supermarkets are passed to the customer.

Q - Does Delivery Boy accept coupons?

A - Yes. We accept Rosauers and manufacturers' coupons at the time
of delivery, and credit for them is given at that time.

Q - Where does Delivery Boy obtain its groceries, fresh produce, fish and
meats?

A - All products are shopped from regular Rosauers Supermarkets. Delivery Boy
never obtains products from a warehouse.

Q - In the event a product brand and/or size is temporarily
out-of-stock or discontinued, will a substitution be made?

A - Yes, normally a reasonable substitution will be made, unless
you ask in "special requests" for no substitutions. You pay
the price of the item actually received.

Q - What is included within your delivery area?

A - Currently we deliver to the City of Spokane and the
entire Spokane County.

Q - What are the established delivery times?

A - Each zip code has morning and afternoon/evening delivery times assigned
to it. Delivery Boy establishes delivery times within two hour time
windows.

Q - Do I (or a household member) have to be at home at the time of delivery?

A - Normally yes. Unattended delivery is subject to weather, pets, theft and
tampering. With your permission (and appropriate payment arrangements) by
phone or in writing, Delivery Boy can leave groceries on protected
porches or with a neighbor.

Q - What if I cannot conveniently be at home at the established delivery
times?

A - You can request a different delivery time, and Delivery Boy will make
every effort to deliver your groceries when requested. We will phone you
if that time cannot be met.

Q - Can I get same-day delivery?

A - Yes. When you order by 1:00 PM,  you can get same-day afternoon/evening
delivery.

Q - To obtain morning delivery, when do I have to order?

A - Orders submitted by 11:00 PM can have next-day morning delivery.

Q - How many items are listed by brand and price?

A - Over 6000 items are available.

Q - What are the delivery vehicles like?

A - Delivery Boy utilizes mini-vans and small trucks with canopies.
Insulated containers maintain groceries at appropriate temperatures,
so they arrive in quality condition.

Q - Can I order items not listed?

A - Yes. Just use the "Special Request" feature to order any item carried by
Rosauers Supermarket.

Q - Why is the final price approximate in the Order Summary?

A - The price of Special Request items, as well as sales tax on the entire order,
are in addition to the Estimated Total. Per pound items, like meats and produce, are not
weighed to exact full and half pounds. You pay the per pound price indicated, however
the weight you actually receive may be a little under or over the weight requested.

Q - What if I want to specify such things as how to package an item, the
number of potatoes (rather than pounds of potatoes), or how green to pick
the bananas?

A - Specification can be accomplished by using the "Special Request" feature.

Q - Can I request that Delivery Boy add a product or class of products to the
website?

A - Yes. We encourage customers to have a part in what is included on our shopping website.

Q - Can I purchase alcohol products?

A - Yes. They are purchased using the "Special Request" feature. Delivery Boy
must establish the person accepting delivery is of age.

Q - Are reduced volume delivery rates available, so I can pay for a
certain number of grocery deliveries on a monthly basis?

A - Yes. Please contact Delivery Boy by e-mail or phone for rates. A certain
number of household errands can be included in the fee.

Q - Are special volume delivery rates available for centralized delivery
(delivery to a workplace at a specified time) to employees of businesses
and corporations?

A - Yes. Contact Delivery Boy by phone or email for rates. Household errands
can be included in the fee.

Q - Does Delivery Boy have a guarantee?

A - Yes. We have a 100% money-back guarantee of satisfaction, and we are a member of the
Better Business Bureau.

Q - What does Delivery Boy, LLC's 100% money-back guarantee
of satisfaction mean?

A - It means that if you notify us within 2 days (24 hrs. for perishables) of purchase that
you are dissatisfied with a particular item of product, and return the unused product,
we will refund the price for that item (or obtain a satisfactory product). You will only
pay the difference in price, if any, between the two products.
